Ok, so I put the Samoa bars in the oven at 400 for 25 minutes hoping I could harden up the caramel so I could break it up to put on ice cream. The edges started to burn so I took it out. It is all cooled now and for some VERY strange reason, the caramel is softer than it was before!
Unfortunately the cookie part still isn’t yummy and it’s not so soft that I want to give it away to people. So now it will be here to tempt me to eat it. I am vowing not to eat anymore of it. I will let my boys eat some of it though. They can afford the calories!
